Description
Home Instead is seeking CAREpros for ALL shifts throughout the Shoals Area (Alabama). We keep you close to your home. Training provided. Experience a plus. Retirees and Family caregivers encouraged to apply. Make a positive difference in the life of a senior by becoming a Home Instead CAREpro! Assist our clients with activities of daily living one on one in their homes.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Alzheimer’s Care
Starting Pay $10.00/hour with opportunity for a raise after 90 days plus ON CALL PAY AND OVERTIME available Flexible Schedules, On-going Paid Training, 24 hour ON CALL assistance from a live staff member., Must work 24 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements to be a CAREPro:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
- Work every other weekend
